Old Nook New Nook will I lose my purchased Books and Games

I am having problems with my nook color. I want to exchange it for a nook tablet, will I loose all the games and books I have purchased? Or what can I do in order to still keep my things? I will register with the same info when I get the tablet. Any help would be appreciated.

All of the things that you have purchased will stay on your bn account. When you get your new device registered, and sync it your stuff that is not archived will download.

If you can still connect your current one to the computer, you need to copy your stuff from you books folder and your documents ect..

Well, you don't "need" to, because as you said, all the purchased stuff is on your account. If you've added any non-B&N content, then you might want to move that to your computer (if you don't already have a copy there).
