So I got my Nook in Jan and I have loved every minute of our relationship. Today I decided to change email addressed and went to my B&N account and changed it through them. For the record I did not start a new account, simply changed the email address associated with the account. Anyway, I went to my Nook and decided I needed to change it there. I cannot find a place to simply change the login information or even just the email. So I decided I should unregister and register using the new information.
I click on unregister device and get a screen that says invalid email address and that this email address is not associated with a B&N account. Well, of course its not. I change it. So when it gives me a screen to change the email address I enter the correct information (I have entered it 4-5 times so I know it is correct) it says the device is already registered. When I go to the B&N site it says I have to unregister from the device.
What do I do? At this point I have a Nook that will not allow me to update any information due to an invalid email address. However, it also will not allow me to change or unregister the device. I am very frustrated right now.
