Busy reading? School just ended for the kids and we are leaving on vacation on Saturday, so I'm running in five different directions. Maybe other people have vacation plans?

I have noticed that the Nookboards are much quieter than some other ebook forums. I do think everyone is reading!

We are down a little in a our post count but last month we had the most new members in a single month ever! 41042! That's ten thousand more than the previous month and 30,000 more than any other month! We had over a million and a half page views on Nookboards! I hope Rachel is making enough back in the banner ads to pay for the extra bandwidth! Yowza!

I've been working two jobs, so I haven't had much time or energy to read my Nook or to post here on the boards.

Part of it could be because Donna isn't around here. She quit as a mod to take care of personal stuff taking most of her time. Donna was all over NB before taking her leave. I miss my horse buddy, but we keep in touch via email now. It's not as much fun, but I'm glad we can still talk horses.

I'm still fairly new here, but I have noticed that it seems rather quiet around here compared to when I first joined. It makes it hard for someone like me - someone trying to become more involved on a daily basis. Hopefully things will pick up with the news of the newer Nook!

This sounds horrible but I knew it was quiet I just realized no Donna when you said that. Now it really feels quiet. When you e-mail tell her I say hello and I hope all is well.
