Not yet but wait around long enough and I'm sure one will be started. We're just too new yet to branch off into genres.

Never to early to start. If anyone here is head over hearts with romance let me know your pics.

You might take note that one of our other members noticed that B&N has added a LOT of romance novels to their FREE section. A link can be found at the right top of every page on the site.

I enjoy romance! I've really been enjoying the Black Dagger Brotherhood and Kresley Cole books. At the moment I'm reading P.C. Cast's Goddess Summoning series.
I'm not sure a lot of that free "romance" on B&N is stuff I want to read. I like a spicy tale, but yowza!
LOL I thought I'd stumbled into an "adult bookstore"... LOLOriginally Posted by houndstooth

If someone wants to run one, I am happy to have as many book clubs as members want, we can run this side by side another if people want. All I need is someone to offer to host and we can vote on books and pick the month. I haven't tried many romance novels, but it might be fun to give it a go!!
Cheers!

I'd love to be a part of any... Let it be known right now... I'm an author and a reviewer for romance novels. I do like 'em hot and yes, some border on 'adult'
I can't dedicate time to run a romance book club, but would certainly love to help pic books and add to discussions.

lol That was what I thought, too! I enjoy good, steamy romance, but, well, I like a little romance before the boots start knocking!
I'd love to participate in a romance book club and help pick books, but I'm not sure I'd be able to run it.
Remember running the book club just means asking probing (hahahaha sorry couldn’t resist) questions once a week for a month, so if it’s a book you really enjoyed that you have already read, it wouldn’t be too hard to run it I think. Basically we run the book club for one month, the book gets split in four, the host ask questions for each section of the book and the attendees answer and discuss.Only a one month/one book commitment, and hopefully not too hard. The host could even find the questions online, you don’t have to come up with your own!! Just something to start a discussion.
Cheers!
