    Default help uploading pictures

Brand new nook. I would like to upload some personal pictures to use as screensavers. I looked at the official on-line web page, there is very brief info about creating a new directory, but I can't figure that out. I tried to download the full owners manual, but I kep getting a message that the file was corrupt. So what are the steps to adding pictures?

    ed-h, welcome to NOOKBOARDS!

    Take a gander here: http://nook-look.com/pages/howto

I had a problem downloading the manual, but eventually was able to by (I think) e-mailing it to myself and then putting it on my desktop.

If you connect your nook to your computer, it will show up as another drive essentially. You'll see a folder called Screensavers. You have to create a folder within the screensavers folder. MyPics, anything. Put your pictures in there. Wallpaper doesn't require a folder, just plop pictures in the wallpaper folder.

    Hope that helps.

Yes, I just uploaded the picture a little bit ago. That pic is from a couple months ago, but one of my favorites. Thanks, I think so, too.
