Is it wrong of me to have finished the book 2 weeks ago? I've been trying not to give away any spoilers.

Read it at whatever pace you want. I'm more than capable of reading multiple books at once so I read the the bookclub book at the suggested pace and my own books faster I normally like to tear through a book but the feeling of suspense is often a nice treat for me! I know, most of us could have read the book in a day or two but that would be a hard way to run this!

I was a little surprised at how quickly I finished it, but I did enjoy it very much (once I got over my initial bad assumptions) and it moved so fast that I just tore through it.

Well in the end I personally want the book club to be able to give us good new things to read. I love the discussion but I love finding new books & authors more so if that's all we all ever get out of this, I think its a win. I may have never picked this book up otherwise.

I agree. I had it on my to-read list, but I would not have gotten to it this quickly if not for the book club. I'm glad I did, now.
