It's romantic, but I wouldn't call it a romance for genre. As one of our book club members on that noted, it has enough action to be interesting to guys like him. I tend to prefer action with romantic subplots, if that helps. I'd call it science fiction.

Sorry I also noted on the "When Angels Cry" bookclub thread that Ragdoll is leading it start with her referring to everyone as "ladies" so I just assumed.
