Offbeat question: How do you choose your cover art? I'm an artist, just curious to know the process.![]()

Good question, Jenn. I did my own covers. I'm no artist, so I had to keep it simple to what I could do with stock images and Paint Shop Pro. That's it.
so far this book is totally rocking.
I am thinking there may be more to the aunt than we have seen
I am wondering if everyone "hears" Pallin with a "heavy russianesk accent"
or is this just because i grew up in the 70's and 80's?
nope that's how i hear him too!!! i didn't say anything cause i thought it was odd that that's how i heard him when he's supposed to have an accent all his own

Accents are hard to write, so I didn't try. I left that up to readers. The easy part to write was his broken English.
You did a good job on them. The Broken Wings cover especially seems to fit....2 lone feathers suggested a bit of loneliness to me, which fits the book pretty well.Originally Posted by horse_girl
