I just saw this morning the Borders is now selling Ebooks and they are in Epub format so there's another one for the list

Yes, but they are infected with Apple's FairPlay DRM which is not compatible with any other eReader except iBooks for iOS.

There are also google books, but as of recently they have been having problems with barnes and noble.
