I see that you used this tutorial to get it in, does it not work so well backwards fro taking it out? I don't have my nook yet, so I can't help much, but hopefully someone will be along that can!!

    Cheers!

I think it would be the same way you eject Nook from your computer, yes?

What operating system are you using?

Yes, your computer should be treating your internal nook memory and your SD card as separate drives. They should eject together, but if they do not you can do so separately.

I figured it out after awhile.
Apparently the nook has an eject and the microSDHC card has a separate eject and it is under drive f for my computer.
But I did leave another question elsewhere. I can't figure out how to move books out of my ereader.com ereader and out of my ADE reader and get them into the nook. Wouldn't you know with a not even 2 day old nook I am out of reading material!
And the tutorial was awesome, that little sucker just slid right in almost by itself!! The hardest part was getting the back cover off

I'm glad I saw this post. I was wondering why nook was showing two drives when I plugged it in. I've never seen this happen before with any other device I've owned, and I was a little confused. But it's good to know this is normal. Thanks for sharing

Haha yes but that would mean you'd have to plug your phone into your computer to see that I have yet to plug anything I'm supposed to into my computer, like my GPS, I really need to get that plugged in so I can update the maps, but I haven't gotten around to it yet (had it for 2 years!!)
